Delivery and Order Receipt

The courier will typically attempt delivery twice. If you are not available, the parcel may be redirected to the nearest pickup point.

Changing Delivery Details

If you notice an error in your delivery address or wish to make changes after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes can only be made before the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
