Payment Methods

At Maddison Boutique we want paying to be as simple as possible, so we offer several secure options.

Accepted payment methods

All payments are processed at the time of purchase. Once your payment is approved, your order is prepared for dispatch.

Cards and digital wallets

Credit and debit cards and digital wallets both allow a fast checkout without entering your card details each time.

PayPal

You can pay using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account or a card, while keeping your financial details inside PayPal's secure environment. At checkout you are redirected to PayPal to confirm, then returned to our site.

Currency and fees

Payments are processed in Australian dollars (AUD). Maddison Boutique does not charge additional payment fees. Your own bank may apply a currency conversion fee if your account is held in another currency, which is outside our control.

Payment security

All transactions are handled through encrypted payment gateways that comply with PCI DSS. We do not store full card details on our servers. Look for the secure https connection and the payment gateway's security badge at checkout.

Payment authorisation

Your order is only processed once payment has been authorised. Your bank may require additional verification such as 3D Secure or a one-time password. If a payment is declined, no order is created and nothing is shipped; you can try another method or contact your bank.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the same payment method used for the original order. Allow several business days for the refund to appear, as processing times vary by bank.
