GDPR Compliance

This statement explains how you can exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with Maddison Boutique.

Data Subject Access Requests

When you submit a request through our compliance tools, our provider Consentmo processes your IP address and email address solely to fulfil that request.

Data rectification

If any of your account information is inaccurate or out of date, you can correct it from your account page, or email us and we will update it for you.

Data portability

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, including your personal details and order history, in a portable format.

Access to personal data

You may request a full report of all personal data we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days, as required by the GDPR.

Right to be forgotten

You may request deletion of all personal and stored data from our systems. This permanently deletes your account and you will no longer be able to access it.

Right to restrict processing

You may ask us to limit or temporarily stop processing your personal data in certain circumstances. Email us to make that request.

Right to object

You may object to certain types of processing, including direct marketing and processing based on legitimate interest.

Right to lodge a complaint
